CHARITY LICENSE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE COMPANIES ACT No. 07 of 2007 FROM THE REGISTRAR-GENERAL OF COMPANIES

In pursuance of Section 34 of the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 Registrar-General of Companies for a License that a Foundation (Guarantee), be formed under the name and style of CROWN FOUNDATION. Charoty Registration number GA-00232878 (NGO)

The objectives for which the Foundation is (to be) established are:

(1) To promote education, culture and linguistic abilities of children and school dropouts and any others of similar category.

(2) To support women, orphans and widows on the development of careers.

(3) To receive sponsorships and donations to develop the livelihood of the poor and needy to fulfil the objectives enumerated in this article.

(4) To arrange or organise disaster management mechanism during disasters and to provide relief to disaster victims.

(5) To establish a rescue machinery to assist the victims of natural disasters and to set up relief forum to provide medical assistance to recuperate.

(6) To conduct career guidance programmes, workshops and training programmes for primary, secondary school leavers and school dropouts to establish a self-sufficient society.

(7) To conduct tutorial classes and/or part time classes for underprivileged students to build-up educational standard.

(8) To facilitate in the provision of infrastructure for the socioeconomic development of the rural sector.

(9) To establish, maintain and carry out programmes for the provision of relief to disadvantaged groups of the population and to work towards rebuilding their lives and securing their place in the fabric of society.

(10) To facilitate skills training, vocational training and seif-employment programmes to underprivileged persons with a view to developing their potential and equipping them for employment and/or entrepreneurship.

(11) To conduct skill based training programmes to school leavers to create job opportunities.

(12)    To set in motion machinery and processes for the empowerment of underprivileged by way of facilitating the development of their resources through the provision of education, training, healthcare, entrepreneurial development, sports facilities and physical training.

(12) To facilitate loan facilities to small businesses and poor entrepreneurs to construct significantiy developed industry.

(14) To set up a mechanism for constructing houses, buying land plots and houses for the destitute on concessionary loan systems with zero interest schemes.

(15) To provide medical assistance and or required aiding apparatus to persons with special needs,

(16) To provide free ambulance services and paramedic services.

(17) To provide free funeral carriage services to the needy.

18) To establish higher educational institutions and offer higher education.

(19) To offerfree scholarships for deserving students to pursue higher education and sponsorships to students with zero interest easy repayments schemes.

(20) To provide support and/or assistance for the underprivileged people to carry out small businesses and home based business,

(21) To provide sponsorships to orphans to pursue their primary education and to be eligible for job opportunities engaged in society aiming to build-up their lives.

(22) To provide sponsorships to deserted women, divorcees and widows to set up cottage based employment and/or entrepreneurship to develop sell-employment.

(23) To offer overseas job recruitment services and facilities for persons desirous of seeking employment overseas.

(24) To offer free community transport services by different modes of transportation including land, water and air facilitating the beneficiaries to carry out the objectives enumerated in this article.

(25) To provide services encompassing in entirety all functions necessary for conducting events such as seminars, weddings and other similar social activities.

(26) To provide services for delivering of all types of commodities from places of origin to destinations of customers' choice.

(27)  Not to carry on the business of providing primary and/or secondary education to any persons ,
